Lisbon Treaty!

Hi there,

Today at 15:00 the president of the Czech Republic signed the Lisbon Treaty.

Do just describe it in a short way: It is a treaty, which every state in EU must sign, which unites the EU members. So when war comes, decisions are made with the agreement of all the states in EU.

The treaty will come in use on the 1st of December.

A huge samit (conference between politics) will be held in the head of the EU, Sweden, formerly Czech Republic.

Czech Republic have been the last to sign this treaty!
